Once your subscription with the PCAT Professor ends will we continue to charge your credit card?

No. We don't posses your credit card information nor do we have the ability to make a purchase on your behalf. If you so desire, you can purchase additional access time but you will have to enter your payment details again.

Do I need to install any software on my computer to use the PCAT Professor?
A.
No. The PCAT Professor only requires and Internet Browser and connection to the Internet. You should not have to install any additional software on your computer.

If my access time to the PCAT Professor runs out, do I have to purchase a new membership or can I just extend my subscription?

You will never have to buy a new membership to the PCAT Professor. If your subscription runs out, you only need to pay for the additional time at a very reasonable price.

I am a busy person. What happens if I start an exam and have to stop mid way through?

The PCAT Professor was designed to allow you to study when it is most convenient for you. Whenever you begin any set of questions, be it an exam or a random grouping, the PCAT Professor remembers where you left off. If you leave a test prematurely, you can return by simply clicking on the "View and Finish Uncompleted Exams" link on your logged in home page.

How long does it take for my account to be activated after I register?

You can begin studying right after you have completed the purchase and registered.
